LOS ANGELES, October 25, 2016InnovateLisa_execStaff.jpg (www.InnovateMR.com), a global leader in audience sampling, announces the promotion of Lisa Wilding-Brown to Chief Research Officer.

In her new role, Lisa will lead the company’s various research initiatives, continue to oversee all panel engagement and quality programs as well as work closely with clients providing expertise in the areas of sample and design methodology. One of Lisa’s most important initiatives is to help the company launch a flagship Automated Sample platform, slated to debut in 2017.  Innovate Co-founder and Managing Director Gregg Lavin said, “Lisa has been a pivotal part of my team for nearly a decade.  We are excited to promote Lisa into this role and watch her continue to flourish.  No one in this industry has built more panels or has the diverse sampling experience that Lisa possesses.”  Lavin continued, “Our firm is committed to providing our clients with
world-class talent and service; having Lisa on our team is a testament to that commitment.”

Lisa began her career at Harris Interactive where she held a variety of positions related to operations and panel management.  She played a pivotal role in the firm’s transition from traditional CATI research to a global, multi-lingual online methodology.  During her seven-year tenure at the company, she helped to build the industry’s first online panel, The Harris Poll Online.  This asset served as the gold standard for panels and supported both quantitative and qualitative online research projects.  Lisa worked closely with the survey methodology team; helping to shape industry standards through extensive research-on-research initiatives many of which were presented at AAPOR and CASRO.

Later, Lisa joined uSamp (Instant.ly) in 2009 during the company’s early start-up stage where she was responsible for the firm’s global panel growth as well as the mobile business division.  She served on the company’s executive team and she was a key stakeholder for several of the firm’s product technology initiatives including the development of over two-hundred public and private panel builds, the industry’s first API sample technology, SampleMarket (a DIY sample tool) as well as mobile methodology and sample quality.  During her time at the company, she won several awards and merits for her contributions including Employee of the Year and Manager of the Year.  Additionally, Lisa presented at several conferences such as the MRMW (Mobile Research in the Mobile World) and served on boards at UTA (University of Texas at Arlington) and the MMRA (Mobile Marketing Research Association). Her work is also featured in a research methodology book published in 2014 titled, Online Panel Research: A Data Quality Perspective.

In 2014, Lisa left uSamp and joined Innovate. Once again, Lisa joined the firm during the early start-up phase and spearheaded several areas of the business that have contributed to the firm’s triple digit-growth year over year.  One such example of Lisa’s influence is the company’s First Class PanelTM which boasts a large validated B2B segment and higher than typical response rates. Lisa will continue to chair CASRO’s Sampling Forum, where she leads a team of industry colleagues focused on improving the respondent experience.
