I have more than 23 years of experience in leading, managing, and mentoring operations and sales teams, as well as handling business operations, general management, budgeting, P&L, and compliance.

I have a strong track record of building and scaling up market research businesses, having established and led uSamp/Instantly in India from the ground up and successfully navigated the team through multiple acquisitions and mergers over the years. As an advocate for the integrity of data quality in market research, I have actively contributed to industry conversations through speaking engagements at global conferences. I have also written extensively about data quality and the challenges facing the industry today. I hold a Masters in International Relations from JNU and a Masters in Business Administration from FMS, New Delhi.
