Senior Manager, Business & Client Director – United Kingdom (Remote)
The Senior Manager of Business & Client Development will be responsible for putting together thoughtful and strategic proposals for their clients. They will also be required to manage and oversee the sample frame requirements for Innovate’s online research projects as well as managing and updating our client lists in Edge & HubSpot. This position will entail accurate & detailed combing through all our lists to ensure proper contact information for billing & marketing campaigns. This Individual will report to the AVP of EMEA Sales and will also help with any other Sales initiatives as their manager deems appropriate. This position will facilitate coordination with internal departments in order to help accomplish these objectives, while maintaining strict organization & quality standards.
What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales within the market research industry required.
- Proven track record in business development and client development.
- Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sell quantitative work and highly desireable if experienced in qualitative work.

Data Analyst, Gurugram, Haryana, India
The Data Analyst will report into the SVP of Global Supply. This is a cross-functional role that will engage product, tech, operations and supply. This role will closely work with the InnovateMR teams focused on all areas of analytics for supply utilization, cost performance, conversion performance and all areas of optimization meeting the demands of the business, resulting in the best utilization of supply across all channels.This individual will measure and report performance of all supply channels and supply utilization ensuring a best-in-class reporting leading to an increase in panel utilization, conversion rates of the Panel (both for recruitment and survey completions) and the API partners for both Client Connect and Managed service clients and cost management. The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative, collaborative professional with experience in data analytics, data tracking and reporting as well as overall supply execution and costing. They will be the key report lead on all aspects of supply (buy and sell) on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize a reporting plan ensuring the company has a full understanding of survey completions, supply channel performance, revenue generation, panel member recruitment conversions, margins, panel lifetime value, demographic balancing, profiling statistics for feasibility modeling, conversion rates, completion rates, and other efforts that can place InnovateMR into a top tier supply in the data collection industry.
- Collaborate with Product and supply teams, for Improved utilization of panelists, API partners and increased revenue for client connect clients.
- Build a reporting plan across supply channels assisting with improved supply acquisition and overall survey completes, tied to the respondents click conversion rates.
- Work with the product and supply teams to ensure we are building a long-term supply strategy via API, Panel, content, content generation, etc.
- Assist with strategic supply initiatives to better supply modeling, conversions, cost savings, and anything else noted as needed to drive better supply adoption and help existing customers get more value out of our products.
- Manage panel LTV reporting
- Over-see product utilization and efficacies of panel and API
- API partner enhancements based on data analytics
- Recommend ways in which we can succeed at improving and increasing existing partnership traffic, conversions, revenue and margins
- API Click Conversion Improvements:
- Assist in providing necessary input to to drive up their average click conversion rate; this can include data analysis with the teams on profiling, mapping, quality tools and anything else that could be a block to moving as much traffic to a complete. A key metric of success will be improving the vendor and panelist experience with InnovateMR, by improving click conversions, data flow, feedback loop communications with internal team members and partners as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- BA degree and/or DA Certification
- Market Research Experience preferred.
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different stakeholders across Tech, Supply and Sales teams.
- Experience with BI tools is strongly preferred.
