Both have a professional history of building and maintaining successful APAC teams, are well versed in working with APAC B2B audiences, and have extensive knowledge of the unique nuances associated with this region. They will both be instrumental in providing faster answers to clients all over the world.
About Divesh Mahajan – Account Director, APAC
Beginning his career at Toluna and later moving to other companies in the online sampling space like uSamp/Instantly, SSI, and most recently Dynata, Divesh has 10+ years of experience in analyzing business potential and conceptualizing/executing strategies to drive successful sales operations to achieve desired targets.
“With my decade of experience working with APAC based clients/partners from different industries, I will be focusing on expanding InnovateMR’s client advocacy and future growth within the APAC region. My goal will be to educate clients about InnovateMR’s robust panels and superior quality metrics,” Divesh said, “Having worked with the InnovateMR leadership team in past, I absolutely jumped on the opportunity to work closely with them again.”
Along with Sandeep Singh – Managing Director, APAC, Divesh will spend his time advancing client reach across the APAC region, providing hands-on services to clients, expanding the InnovateMR corporate brand, and capitalizing on the ever-evolving online research market. His efforts will help to provide faster, high-quality answers to the company’s growing portfolio of insight professionals.
Kanishka Baisoya – Associate Director, Global Bidding
Kanishka is one of the few that actively sought a career in Market Research and has now spent nearly 8 years in the industry. Originally joining the uSamp team in 2013, he has since taken special interest in the expansion of online market research and sampling best practices.
“I got in with uSamp, and have been hooked to this industry ever since,” Kanishka said. “At InnovateMR, I can contribute by working to build these high-performance teams globally to optimize the client consultancy. This evolving team will be better suited to provide faster and higher-quality insights to a new client base, and I am excited to get started.”
Kanishka has extensive experience working directly with APAC based clients, running account management teams for international clients, and supporting APAC sales teams. He also gained experience in consultancy operation strategies, employee development, talent retention, training, and mentorship; he is hoping to use those skills to build an effective team at InnovateMR.
