As an industry veteran of 15+ years, Amanda Keller-Grill specializes in executive leadership, quality standards, res-tech product innovation, client delivery, sample design, and automation. Amanda has extensive leadership experience across diverse roles, affording her a comprehensive and holistic understanding of quality leadership, customer requirements, and the rising demand for the evolution of fraud mitigation and the research experience.

As SVP of Global Quality and Research Excellence at InnovateMR, Amanda leads the strategy and execution of quality standards across every stage of the market research process—from recruitment and delivery to client satisfaction and retention. With more than 15 years of experience in product, innovation, client service, and operations, Amanda brings a deep, end-to-end understanding of the research lifecycle within a supplier environment.  She has built a reputation for ensuring that client trust is built on consistent, actionable, and accurate insights across global markets.

Throughout her career, Amanda has partnered closely with internal teams and external clients to embed quality best practices, reduce friction in delivery, and elevate the overall value of research outcomes. Her approach blends cross-functional collaboration with a commitment to continuous improvement and client-centric thinking. With a tenured background in Product Innovation and Operations, Amanda was InnovateMR’s SVP of Global Innovation and Product Strategy as well as VP of Global Client Service across her 10+ years at the business. As InnovateMR’s first employee, Amanda was responsible for scaling operational delivery, driving quality excellence, and the strategic delivery of quantitative projects including hard-to-reach audiences, longitudinal research, and leveraging her expertise in non-traditional recruitment techniques.

In addition to her leadership roles at InnovateMR, Amanda also shares her knowledge with the wider industry on the Board of Directors for the Insights Association West Chapter, as an Insights Association Laureate, an Insights 250 Winner, and a WIRexec member and mentor. She is often featured as a presenter and author across webinars, blogs and industry conferences.

Prior to InnovateMR, Amanda led the North American, LATAM, and APAC Operations at Cint where she successfully scaled sustainable growth while improving customer satisfaction. Amanda got her start in Market Research at Toluna, where she played a key role in developing process to service high revenue clients. Amanda graduated Cum Laude with honors from University of California, Los Angeles with a double BA in Communication Studies and Political Science.
