Matt has personally created five different sampling systems that have run his businesses. Many innovations commonly used throughout the industry were developed under Matt’s guidance. Matt co-created the industry’s first mobile app solutions used to pinpoint respondents based on their geo-location.
Matt has co-founded five online companies including two pioneering sampling firms uSamp/Instantly and goZing.

George is responsible for global sales and leadership. He has more than 20 years of experience in the online market research industry and has built high performance sales teams with a focus on client satisfaction.

Gregg has over a decade of sample supply relationships across the globe. But his long-term goal is to create new unique experiences to engage consumers in market research. Gregg is an industry advocate for consumers who participate in market research surveys.
Gregg co-created the industry’s first real-time sampling system specifically used to monetize publisher traffic. He was also one of the first to build a large global panel in the late 90’s, and has personally overseen the development of over 150 panels, both public and private.
Gregg has co-founded five online companies including two pioneering sampling firms uSamp/Instantly and goZing.
Vanessa leads Global Account Management at Innovate. She has extensive experience in the online market research industry including managing global bidding and supply teams for both the online and mobile space.
Amanda directs Global Client Services for Innovate, leading efforts on consistent quality service and results. She has worked in market research and online social media for many years and excels at managing high profile clients, building skilled international teams, and teaching proactive problem solving and communication.
Prior to Innovate, Amanda led global client services for Cint and held senior roles at Toluna. Amanda graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Communication Studies and Political Science.

Lisa Wilding-Brown leads Innovate MR's various research initiatives, as well as oversees all panel engagement and quality programs, and works closely with clients with her expertise in sample and design methodology. With over 13 years of experience in the Market Research space, Lisa has held operational roles on both the client and supplier side of the industry. Lisa began her career at Harris Interactive on the client services team helping clients migrate their traditional telephone studies to online research. Later, Wilding-Brown moved to the panel management team where she was responsible for panel recruitment and retention of the Harris Poll Online, the industry’s first premier online research panel.
In 2009, Lisa joined uSamp (Instant.ly), an online global sample supplier. As a member of uSamp’s executive team, Lisa was responsible for many of the company’s technology initiatives, including the firm’s mobile business division and online panels. Now at Innovate MR, Lisa's focus is on helping clients say ‘yes’ to more research. Lisa and the Innovate team have set out to redefine the user engagement model — their new twist on panel management is solving typical attrition challenges, which in turn provides clients with greater reach and improved quality.
